Caraga Police Catches 3 Most Wanted Persons

Three most wanted persons were nabbed in separate police operations in Caraga region amid the relentless implementation of Manhunt Charlie, last August 9.

Richard Lapacigue Avila was arrested by Loreto police in Purok 6, Barangay Poblacion, Loreto, Agusan del Sur at about 8:OO AM. He was charged with attempted murder issued by Judge Hon KIMAL M. SALACOP, Presiding Judge of Municipal Circuit Trial Court at Trento Santa Josefa Veruela.

Meanwhile, top 3 and top 4 most wanted persons in the municipality of Magallanes, Agusan Del Norte were arrested in Purok 2 and Purok 3 respectively in Brgy. Caloc-an around 9:30 AM. The 48-year old Alfredo Carsula Dalagon and Rocie Daygon Diola, 32, were apprehended by the elements of Magallanes Municipal Police Station for violation of Fishers Code of the Philippines.

"The intensified campaign against wanted persons is part of the implementation of Letter of Instructions (LOI) Manhunt Charlie requiring all municipal and city police stations to develop a list of wanted persons and to arrest them." said by Police Chief Supt Rolando Felix, PRO 13 Director.

Warrants of arrest were issued by Hon. Judge Anthony P. Vitor of MTCT Tubay Santiago, Agusan Del Norte. Dalagon and Diola are under the custody of Magallanes police.
