Detectives of CIDG ADN led by Police Chief Inspector Dick A. Cale and Ampayon Police Station carried out joint anti-illegal drugs operation last August 25, Purok-3B, Barangay Ampayon, Butuan City.

Recovered by the PNP 13 – SOCO Team who processed the crime scene from the dead body of the suspect were one (1) unit Cal. 38 Revolver loaded with four (4) live ammos and one (1) fired cartridge, one (1) piece BIG heat sachet of suspected Shabu with estimated weight of 25 grams with DDB value of P295,000, and several empty elongated sachets.

Confiscated during the succeeding conduct of search at the house of the respondent were two (2) pieces elongated sachets heat sealed transparent sachets containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu with estimated weight of 0.4g with value of Php4, 720, and assorted drug paraphernalia.
