Personnel of Sison MPS conducts anti-illegal drugs op thru buy-bust

Personnel of Sison MPS conducted anti-illegal drugs operation through buy-bust that resulted in the arrest of Vicente M. Maquinto last August 31 in Purok 2, Barangay San Isidro.

Maquinto, a 38 years old, married, driver, a resident of Purok 1 Barangay San Pedro, Sison, Surigao Del Norte was listed as number two pusher in the drug watch list.

Confiscated from the possession of the suspect were one sachet of suspected shabu bought to the suspect with an estimated weight of .0423 gram with Dangerous Drug Board (DDB) value of Five Hundred Pesos Php500.00, two small sachets of suspected shabu with an estimated weight of .1694 gram with Dangerous Drug Board (DDB) value of P2, 000.00, P400.00 bill, one empty pack of marlboro cigarette, and a P500.00 peso bill as marked money.

The suspect is now in the custody of Sison MPS while violations of RA 9165 are being prepared for filing in court.
