Police in Agusan del Norte shot dead

A police officer in Cabadbaran named Sherwin Labial was shot by two unknown suspects in Cabadbaran City, last september 5.

The victim was riding his motorcycle at night while unconsciously aware, the two suspects were already following him, when the victim stopped while riding his motor, and the suspects grabbed him and fell off his motor. Confirmed by PO3 Jershwin Palen based on the autopsy result, the cause of his death was the shot on his head.

The family of the victim thought that his death was caused by the wound he sustained at the back of his neck. After viewing the CCTV footage, it was seen that there were two unknown guys following him as reported by an official.

Justice is what the family is asking, while the investigation is still on going.
