PDEA Caraga conducts Drug Buy-Bust Operation in Barangay Obrero

Police Station 2 drug enforcement unit operatives, together with Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Regional Office 13 conducted an anti-illegal drugs buy-bust operation in Barangay Obrero, Butuan City, last July 27.

Operatives were able to recover from the suspects 1 straight heat sealed plastic sachet of suspected shabu, 2 green disposable lighters, cash money worth eleven pesos, 1 five hundred peso bill, Nokia cellular phone, one unit blue Yamaha MIO motorcycle with plate No. MS 49347.

The operation was done in orderly manner and duly witnessed by Mr. Alvyn P. Felicilda of Bombo Radyo Butuan, Hon. Lorna V. Timbal, Kagawad of Brgy. Obrero, Butuan City and Mr. Ronaldo T. Bedrijo, DOJ representative.

The alleged suspects are Ralf Peliyo and Alejandrio Demayo Jr. Alleged suspects and confiscated items were brought to Butuan City Police Station 2 for proper disposition. Pertinent documents for violation of Section 5 in relation to Section 26, Section 11, Article II of RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002) are now being prepared for filing in court through inquest proceedings against the arrested suspects.

Alleged suspects are watch listed drug personalities categorized as pusher/user.
